How payouts work

Sellers receive payment after the buyer confirms they have received the item.

When payouts are released

When a buyer purchases your item, the payment is held as pending in your Livit Wallet. It stays in a pending state until one of the following occurs:

• The buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction in the app
• 24 hours pass after delivery without a dispute being raised

Once either condition is met, the funds are released from pending and become available in your Livit Wallet balance.

Using your Livit Wallet

Once funds are released, you can use your balance in two ways:

• Spend on Livit — use your balance to purchase items directly on the platform
• Withdraw to your bank account — request a drawdown of your balance to your linked bank account

Withdrawal processing times

Withdrawals to your bank account are usually processed instantly. However, depending on your bank, funds may take 1–3 business days to appear. This is determined by your bank and may vary by institution.
