If you encounter behaviour that violates Livit’s rules, you can report the user directly through the app.

When to report a user

You should report users who:

• attempt scams
• behave abusively
• list counterfeit goods
• violate marketplace rules

How to report

1. Open the user profile
2. From the drop down, tap Report
3. Select the reason
