Livit accepts secure online payments through the app.

Payments are processed by Livit’s payment partner (Stripe) using industry-standard encryption and fraud protection.

Supported payment methods

Depending on your bank or device, supported payment methods may include:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Any additional available options will be shown during checkout. 

When you are charged

When you place an order:

• your payment is authorised
• funds are held securely by Livit

The seller will only receive payment once the buyer confirms the item has been received and is ok.

This is part of Livit Ensure buyer protection.

Payment security

Livit does not store your full card details.

All payments are handled through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure designed to protect both buyers and sellers.

Payment problems

If your payment fails, it may be due to:

• insufficient funds
• incorrect card details
• bank security checks

If the problem continues, you may need to contact your bank.
