Refunds may be issued when an order cannot be completed or when a dispute is resolved in the buyer’s favour.
Situations where refunds may occur
Refunds may happen if:
- the order is cancelled before delivery
- the seller cannot complete delivery
- a dispute is resolved in the buyer’s favour
- delivery fails and the item is returned
Where refunds are sent
Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued to:
- your original payment method
- your Livit wallet
Wallet refunds are usually processed faster but depend on when the refund takes place in the transaction.
Refund processing times
Refund timing depends on your card provider. Livit has no control over refund processing times.
Typical timeframes:
- Wallet refunds — usually immediate
- Card refunds — typically 3–10 business days but can be quicker
Some banks may take longer to reflect the refund.
